The 2016 Chardonnay is made entirely from fruit grown in a single elevated vineyard at Mt Alexander in the Harcourt Valley near Bendigo. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested in the cool of the morning to retain the pure varietal characters and crisp, natural acidity.
The 2014 Shiraz is made predominately from fruit grown in the premium regions of Heathcote and The Grampians. The Grampians region of Victoria is renowned as one of the best Shiraz growing regions in Australia, with its Mediterranean climate and cooling influence of the Southern Ocean.
