While the weather is cold, we’re pouring the new, seasonal Winter Hop Ale from Young Henry’s - it’s an India Red Ale that ‘combines warming malt flavours of Anzac biscuit and bready fruitloaf with a full hit of classic Aussie and American West Coast hop aroma and rich mouthfeel.’ Perfect to drink while you’re tucking into hearty winter dishes.
Also new on tap: FRED, an India Pale Ale from Murray’s Brewing . The folks from Murray’s say that FRED is ‘aggressively late hopped with a house blend of hops from the US Pacific Northwest. It has the classic US IPA hop aroma and flavour of big citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes throughout. An assertive bitterness is balanced by the sweetness of the pale, crystal and wheat malt additions.’
